Course overview

An essential element of leadership is a rooted understanding of the purpose, vision and values not only of yourself as an individual, but those of your team and company. This foundational basis of leadership provides a handrail enabling the answers to the why’s, what’s and how’s of any given situation.
Over three days, participants are empowered to embrace new terminology and practise creative ways to develop purpose, vision and values.
We emphasise the importance of authenticity and take time to explore our personal values and purpose, aligning these with company statements?
Coaching is given on how to effectively communicate purpose, vision and values to your company’s community, embedding a new ethos.
The course concludes with an outline of how to move from setting statements to seeing them cemented into the company’s fabric and life.
