Course overview

This course equips participants in building effective collaboration in their team and across teams. We consider how the behaviours of trust, conflict and internal customer service are necessary for successful collaboration. Components of trust are explored using a workshop and conflict is introduced as an essential element of team growth. The importance of internal customer service is highlighted and practiced using role play. The course concludes with a number of simulations that enable collaborative skills to be experienced and embedded.
