Gain confidence and skills to manage and improve staff performance. This course provides a framework to understand how to set SMART individual targets for team members and then assess them fairly, both formally and informally against agreed standards. Participants will also learn how to give effective feedback, using recognised feedback models. How to manage underperformance in the workplace is also covered from the identification of potential areas of underperformance to the causes and actions to restore it. The course is rich in opportunities to reflect on current workplace practices and how to enhance them.
Delivered live online
Live online courses are a fantastic solution for remote workers. They continue to benefit from the close interaction with an established Qatar-based training team in a format that doesn’t require you to travel. To ensure you have the best learning experience we have developed specific exercises and training practices that make the most of the online format. Our courses are engaging, interactive, and straightforward so you have a positive and rewarding experience. For a variety of reasons, some people might find taking part in a course online challenging, and we understand this. With a trainer to participant ratio of 1:5, we are able to effectively use breakout rooms for facilitated conversations, exercises, and reviews.
Courses are delivered using Microsoft teams. A dedicated technician ensures the smooth running of the course and is always available should you have any problems.
Choose an accreditation option that works for you
This unit is part of the ILM Level 3 qualification pathway. Participants may choose to complete it as a stand alone course or as part of a wider qualification.
Option 1 – ILM accredited
For participants pursuing an ILM Level 3 Qualification with Red Rock International. This option includes ILM registration and assessed elements. You will earn credits that contribute to your qualification. Modules are assessed through a 1 hour guided conversation, usually takes place within 2 weeks of the module via video call or in-person.
Please note that one of the qualification pathways must be completed in order to receive a qualification. A Red Rock International certificate of completion will be given for this module.
Option 2 – Non-accredited
Benefit from the excellent personal development this course has to offer at a reduced price. The course content remains the same however it does not include the assessment section.
Participants will receive a completion certificate from Red Rock International.
