Our learning model
Our leadership programmes combine excellent content with the opportunity to practice key skills and receive feedback. Through a repeated cycle of learn, practice, review, coach and apply, participants develop and grow as leaders and as people.
We use adventure, construction, drama and art experiences to make an exciting development space where taught skills and tools can be practised. Creative group reviews are used to analyse and understand leadership performance from the development space. This understanding is combined with coaching from the course trainers to create a development plan that can be applied for improved leadership performance.
