How it works...
Choose a coach
Schedule & book sessions
You can view each coach's usual availability via the booking calendar. Select 'any coach' to see all available dates and times.
After you make your booking, the coach will be notified to confirm their availability.
Coaching starts with an introductory session which is followed by standard coaching sessions. We usually recommend scheduling 6 sessions, then reviewing progress.
Introductory coach session
Sessions take place 'face-to-face' via online video call. We usually use Zoom however, if you prefer, we can accommodate a video calling platform of your choice.
The introductory session is about getting to know the coach, aligning expectations and establishing rapport. You will agree the overall objectives for the coaching and how the coaching arrangement will work.
If your organisation is paying for the coaching, there would also be an initial conversation with the sponsor leading to a three-way agreement on objectives, boundaries and arrangements.
Coaching is a process in which the coach works in partnership with the coachee to help them draw on their own self-knowledge, experience and resources, developing their own thinking in order to solve problems, make choices or achieve success in a chosen activity.
Our approach to coaching is based on the belief that the coachee is resourceful – you will always know more about yourself and your situation than anyone else. Your coach will help you to develop your own resourcefulness to make progress on your priorities – you set the agenda.Our Coaches adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics. Meet our coaches
Clive has over 30 years’ experience as a manager gained in manufacturing, general operations, engineering contracting and a public / private partnership. He became interested in the ‘human side of enterprise’ early in his career whilst working on technical projects in a manufacturing organisation, realising that the technical solutions, plant and procedures were necessary but not sufficient.
He has found coaching to be the most effective way of helping people to reach their potential and particularly enjoys working with managers.
His knowledge and capabilities include technical problem-solving, organisational development, performance improvement and change management, most recently as Head of Continuous Improvement for a large engineering organisation.
Kyle is passionate about developing people and empowering them to reach their goals. Formally trained as an educator, he has been working with companies and individuals in multiple cultural contexts and languages since 2009. Through coaching, Kyle has consistently seen individuals and groups get unstuck and make concrete progress towards their goals. Are you serious about reaching your goals? I can help.
Scott has been overseeing teams for 15 years and loves seeing people reach that next level. With an educational background in urban planning, he is interested in seeing how the details fit into the big picture, and how seeing small victories can have a growing effect on individuals. When it comes to helping others, he has not found a better way of seeing people, in all types of situations, be able to make progress on the areas they value most than coaching. As a marathon runner he knows that endurance and encouragement go hand in hand in crossing the finish line.Living, working, and thriving in different places and with different cultures gives Scott a multidimensional approach as he leads them through the coaching process of gaining clarity as a means of moving forward with more hope.With experience from rebranding existing organizations to start-ups he ready to help you tackle your next project and be who you want to be while doing.
Tony has 30+ years’ experience in a cross-section of professional business roles, including executive leadership, project and program management, and people management. A bulk of Tony’s career was spent at Intel Corporation, a global leader in high tech and semiconductors. His areas of focus spanned and breadth of functions from enterprise systems, business operations, supply chain management to mergers and acquisition integration. Tony is a business professional, and enjoys problem-solving, process analysis and people; he has a passion for excellence. He is trained in Lean Manufacturing and project management. Tony sits on the board of several organizations, both commercial and not-for-profit.
He enjoys coaching and mentoring others to achieve their potential as leaders and effective managers. He believes that an organization is either successful or not based on its leadership. Tony has been coaching and mentoring for over ten years.
His warm inter-personal and relational style makes working with Tony an enjoyable and rewording experience, where you can grow in skills and gain helpful insights.

All of our coaches are great at what they do. The coaching process does not rely on having experience in specific areas so therefore all of our coaches could be a good fit.
The coaching process works best when both the coach and the coachee feel comfortable with each other. You may prefer to work with a coach because of their background, their language or their availability.
If you have no preference then select ‘Any coach’ and we will select a coach for you.
Most people will benefit from being coached, from new starters to senior executives.
Coaching creates time and space for high quality thinking. It can provide structure, challenge, a means of finding new perspectives and generating new ideas and a mechanism for accountability.
You can book professional coaching as an individual. You can do this yourself or ask your organisation to sponsor you.
When an organisation is acting as sponsor, we will facilitate a three-way agreement covering objectives, boundaries and goals.
As an organisation you can book coaching for one or more employees. For larger groups and alternative payment methods please get in touch.
We offer an additional 5% discount we booking 30 sessions or more.

Yes. All of our coaching is confidential. Details will be defined in the coaching contract.
A coaching contract is and agreement between the coaches and the coach. it includes:
- Confidentiality clause
- Expectations about the coaching process and relationship
- Logistics and arrangements
- Setting objectives
Each coach’s qualifications are described in their profile. Some of our coaches are fully qualified and others have completed training and are in the process of being certified.
