Applicability of terms and key definitions

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) provide information about us and the conditions on which we sell goods and services (Services) via the website (Website) to you.

The terms only apply to services where the booking is made via the website.

The “customer” refers to any persons making a financial transaction.

The “participant” refers to any persons engaging with the service sold such as receiving coaching or attending a course.

Any reference in these terms to ‘we’ or ‘us’ refers to Red Rock International LLC, Qatar. For terms and conditions relating to other Red Rock International companies in other countries please visit their website using the navigation in the main menu.

Booking: The coaching Lounge



When placing an order, the customer will receive ‘order processing’ and ‘order complete’ emails to notify them of the purchase status. 

The participant will receive separate emails notifying them of the appointment status. Initially ‘pending’ and then ‘confirmed’.

All booked coaching sessions are ‘pending’ confirmation by the coach. If the coach is not able to attend the appointment you will be contacted as soon as possible to rearrange a suitable time.

Coaching sessions must be booked at least one week in advance. Coaching sessions are bookable up to 120 days into the future.

A standard coaching session’s duration is one hour. The coach reserves the right to end the session earlier if they feel it is appropriate to do so.

We reserve the right to change your coach in extenuating circumstances. We will work with the participant to ensure a smooth transition.


You may cancel your booking and are entitled to a full refund if:

  • The appointment/s have not been confirmed
  • You make a cancelation within 14 days of booking confirmation AND it is more more than 7 days until your scheduled appointment

Cancellations by the customer must be made via email to

A 14-day cooling-off period is applicable providing a request has been made more than 5 days before the scheduled

Missed appointments

If the participant misses an appointment without good reason and without informing the coach, RRI reserve the right to charge for the session.

Contacting the coach

Once an appointment has been confirmed the coaches email address will be shared with the participant. Communication with the coach should be for scheduling purposes and in line with the coaching contract.

Appointment expiration

Sessions must take place within 12 months of purchase.

Coaching contract

The participant is required to agree to and sign a coaching contract with the coach in order for the coaching to commence. 

Booking: Courses and events



Unless otherwise stated the full cost is payable in advance to confirm the booking.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations by the customer must be made email to your account manager or to In the event of cancellation, the following costs and refunds are applicable:

Less than 14 days

Red Rock International reserves the right to amend or cancel a course at any time without liability for any travel or other costs incurred by the participants. Red Rock International will make a full refund for courses it cancels if it is unable to arrange an alternative date to your satisfaction.

To ensure a high quality of service we usually require at least 3 people to be booked on to the course. If we do not meet this threshold, or higher if otherwise stated, we reserve the right to postpone the course to a later date. We will work hard to accommodate the needs of customers who have already booked. In such case a refund will be available.

Payments and Refunds


Available payment methods will be displayed at the checkout or described on the service, course or event page.

Direct bank transfer

Payments made via bank transfer are pending until receipt of payment. We reserve the right to make the booked service available to another customer if payment has not been made within a reasonable time frame. We will attempt to contact you before doing this to confirm your intention. Payments not made within 28 days of the order will result in the order being cancelled automatically.

The make a payment for Coaching Lounge services via invoice/bank transfer the customer will purchase a voucher for the full cost of the service. This voucher will be redeemed at the coaching lounge checkout. The voucher will expire after 12 months and is fully refundable if requested within 14 days.

Card payments via TAP payments

For certain services, we accept payment on our website via card using the Tap payments platform.


All prices are in Qatari Ryals (QAR). The customer is responsible for any associate fees associated with currency conversions and international transactions.

Discounts and offers

Discount codes must be applied at the checkout and applied for the discount to be deducted from the order. Unless stated discounts cannot be combined and only one offer can be applied to any order. Offers can be amended or withdrawn at any time.

Discount codes cannot be applied retrospectively once a service has been purchased and fulfilled.

For booked services that are not yet fulfilled it will be at the discretion of the general manger if the customer is eligible for a partial refund.

Unforeseen circumstances

In the event of circumstances beyond our control, we will make every effort to deliver the service as close to how it is described as possible. This could mean changing venues, dates and activities. Any changes and alternative arrangements will be communicated with the customer and participants.

RRI does not accept liability for failure of delivery due to causes outside of our reasonable control.

The COVID-19 virus means government regulations and advice is frequently changing. For courses in 2020-2021 that are planned to take place in-person, at a designated venue, we reserve the right to deliver these courses entirely online. This will be done using the same number of staff using live video conferencing.

Suitability of the participant

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the participant is suitable for the course. We check all bookings upon receiving them and may be in touch to ensure suitability before confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel and refund bookings where we do not feel the participant is suitable. You will receive a booking confirmation via email.  The minimum age for participants is 18 years.

Right to training documentation

All training documents and resources are intended for the exclusive personal use of the participant.

The participant recognises Red Rock International’s copyright and therefore the exclusive distribution rights and right of use of training documents. The participant is not allowed to reproduce the training documents, in particular to process them in electronic systems, duplicate, or modify them in any way, or distribute them in any form to third parties.

If the customer or participant encounters any problem or difficulty the company will try and resolve them as soon as is possible. If appropriate in the first instance report anything either to the trainer,  coach, or most appropriate member of staff. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction please email  Your complaint will be dealt with within 28 days of writing.
