Red Rock International reserves the right to amend or cancel a course at any time without liability for any travel or other costs incurred by the participants. Red Rock International will make a full refund for courses it cancels if it is unable to arrange an alternative date to your satisfaction.
To ensure a high quality of service we usually require at least 3 people to be booked on to course. If we do not meet this threshold, or higher if otherwise stated, we reserve the right to postpone the course to a later date. We will work hard to accommodate the needs of customers who have already booked. In such case a refund will be available.
Right to training documentation
All training documents are intended for the exclusive personal use of the participant.
The participant recognises Red Rock International’s copyright and therefore the exclusive distribution rights and right of use of training documents. The participant is not allowed to reproduce the training documents, in particular to process them in electronic systems, duplicate, or modify them in any way, or distribute them in any form to third parties.
Unforeseen circumstances (including COVID-19)
In the event of circumstances beyond our control we will make every effort to deliver the course as close to how it is described as possible. This could mean changing venues, dates and activities. Any changes will be communicated prior to the course and options for cancellation or postponement given.
The COVID-19 virus means government regulations and advice is frequently changing. For courses in 2020-2021 that are planned to take place in-person, at a designated venue, we reserve the right to deliver these courses entirely online. This will be done using the same number of staff using live video conferencing.
