Workshop overview

This workshop is designed to help people within a team get to know one another better, understand themselves better, and gain confidence in how to get best out of each other.
We use the Birkman Method questionnaire and report to create a safe, intriguing and accessible platform for people to engage with each other on a deeper level.
This workshop is full of ‘ah-ha’ and ‘so that’s why you do that’ moments, that move toward greater unity and understanding.
This workshop is NOT about putting people in to boxes. We are all unique – like every Birkman report. This is about developing a common language together that explains some of our behaviours and seeing ourselves in relation to each other.

Outcomes

Gain a greater understanding of what our key motivators and de-motivators are.

Insights in to how we perceive others and how they might perceive us.

Understand ways to work more effectively together and get the best out of each other.

Understand where reactive, counter-productive behaviours might be coming from and what to do about managing them.

Explore as a team how to apply insights to the workplace.

The Birkman Method

The Birkman Method is a powerful, scientifically developed, multi-dimensional personality assessment that gives teams and individuals a greater understanding of themselves and the language to explain their unique behaviours. Each member will complete a questionnaire before attending. The report will be upacked together through a series of interactive discussions.
