How it works

This course encompasses classroom based teaching with exciting tasks and exercises that can be completed in a range of different settings.

Teaching is delivered on setting objectives, planning, communication, reviewing performance and building relationships. The exercises then allow these skills to be practiced.
Detailed reviews of the exercises provide leaders with the opportunity to implement what they have learned and develop an effective style of management, that they know works from experience and is not just what they have read or heard being taught.
