Red Rock International is an open community of people made up of a core team of full time employees and part time, globally dispersed consultants, advisers, adventure practitioners and customers. This wider community is vital in discussing ideas, designing and delivering courses and for business development. Some of this community works for us regularly, some are experts in their fields, some challenge us to think differently and some are friends along for the journey.

We are continually building this community through the internet, events, work, coffee shop workshops and trips into the wild. We’d welcome your involvement.

We strive to find ways of working which encompass a desirable lifestyle and recognise that this is great for us as individuals and therefore for the business. We take time out to be with each other, to climb a mountain or BBQ by the sea. Our offices are filled with people with shared values and purpose.
